Picture this: sometime in the 90s, a young me was sitting at my desk, with posters of Jordan wings on my wall (well, and a poster of Samantha Fox :), surrounded by stacks of textbooks and highlighters, trying to cram in as many facts as possible for an upcoming exam.
Have YOU ever struggled with memorizing facts for exams? I sure have, and let me tell you, it wasn’t pretty.
I recently discovered a @Wisdolia and thought to share it with the LinkedIn family!
It’s a chrome extension that ensures you actually understand what you’re researching. Basically, it’s like having a personal tutor that helps you conquer any subject.
Obviously, I shared it with my kids so feel free to give it a try at www.wisdolia.com

l hope more people take advantage of such solutions to make lifelong learning easier.
Now, on the marketing side, I am always curious about how such a solution can do better. So… I dove into the available stats and found out that Wisdolia has 550 weekly active users and an average rating of 5.00 from 5 users. Compare to one week ago, the user count has increased by 323. Not bad for a Chrome extension launched around February but definitely needs a push on acquisition but what about retention? This is a critical aspect of apps and SaaS.
We know that retaining customers is key to success (right?!) so to keep users hooked, companies like Wisdolia can implement a few strategies.
- Firstly, Personalization is important since everyone learns differently, so Wisdolia should offer personalized options to cater to individual needs.
- Can add some game-like features to keep users engaged and motivated. Learning can be fun, after all!
- And finally, communication is crucial for fostering a sense of community, so they can make it easy for users to give feedback and communicate with their team.
Even if your school days are back in the 90s, 80s or before the wheel was invented, such tools can help lifelong learners.
